Refund Policy

1. Summary
We want you to be happy with your service. If within the first 7 days of subscribing to a VPS you are not satisfied, we refund 100% of the amount paid. After that window, proration applies.
2. Trial period (7 days)
If you request cancellation within 7 calendar days from the date of the first paid invoice for a new service, we refund 100% of that service's amount.
This guarantee applies only to the first VPS subscription per account. Renewals, plan changes and additional services are not covered by the 7-day guarantee.
3. After the 7 days
If you cancel a service after 7 days, the amount already paid for the current period is not refunded. The service continues running until the end of the billed period and then no further charges are made.
4. Exceptions
Refunds do not apply in the following cases:
- AUP violation: if the service was suspended or terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Dedicated servers with setup fees or multi-month contractual minimums (specified on the product page at subscription).
- Extended use: if you request the refund after 7 days or after having received at least a second invoice.
- Repeat refund: if you already used the 7-day guarantee on a prior subscription.
5. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket from your panel (Support → New ticket, category "Billing") with the subject "Refund request". Include the invoice number of the charge to refund and, optionally, the reason (not required).

6. Processing time
We confirm receipt within 24 business hours. The refund is typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the original payment method.
7. Refund method
The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, Mercado Pago, PayPal, etc.). When that's not possible (closed account, expired card) we contact you to arrange an alternative.
