Monthly or annual billing?
Both. Annual is discounted; monthly is fully flexible. You can switch cycle any month.
How do I cancel?
From your panel anytime. If you cancel within the first 7 days we refund 100%. After that, the service runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Stripe), Mercado Pago for LATAM, and PayPal globally. Crypto coming soon.
What uptime do you guarantee?
We target 99.9% monthly. Live status on our status page. No contractual SLA with automatic credits yet — that comes once the service matures.
How does support work?
Integrated ticket system in the panel. We answer in hours, not days. For critical production issues we flag priority and escalate.
What can I host?
Any legal workload. We prohibit malware, phishing, spam and CSAM (zero tolerance). Read the AUP for details. TOR exit nodes with prior notice are OK.
Where are the servers?
Falkenstein (Germany) in Tier III datacenters. ~120ms latency from Buenos Aires / São Paulo, ~10ms from Europe.
How do I migrate from another provider?

Are backups included?
We snapshot your storage daily on our side. For backups that survive your own mistakes (rm -rf in prod), keep an external backup too — Proxmox Backup Server integration is coming.
Can I scale later?
Yes. Bumping CPU/RAM/disk is online or needs a short reboot depending on the change. For extreme cases you can move to a dedicated server.
